The entry fee for Lamahatta Eco Park is 15/-. There is a lake above named “sacred lake”. You can trek this road. This eco-park is surrounded by big pine trees. The higher you go, the denser it is. The front part is blanked by some bench leaves.
Sometimes the clouds entered the pine forest and created a ghostly background just like in Raaz cinema. You spend a lot of time. There was some homestay cum restaurant opposite the park, you may order lunch there with veg or non-veg thali. The quality and quantity of food is fine.

A popular tea garden in Kalimpong is the ‘Peshak Tea Garden’. After meeting the Teesta River, go forward to the paradise of tea gardens ‘Peshak’. Everywhere looks like a green carpet of tea plantations that run down the slopes of the hills. Mist and clouds are all around.
