This Lama hatta F.P.C Village Eco Tourism was inaugurated by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee in 2013. Tinchuley, Peshok tea garden, and Gumbadara viewpoint can be easily covered from here. Why do you visit in 2025?
How to Reach Lamahatta?

The nearest airport is Bagdogra and the rail station is New Jalpaiguri. Lamahatta is 75 km away from NJP Rail station. From New Jalpaiguri station, take a Rs.150 shared car and go straight to Jor Bungalow.
And from there you can reach Lamahata again by share car. From Darjeeling or three hairs direction to Lama hatta Sidescene costs 250 to 3000 rupees. It is not only for Lamahata Eco Park but there are other sightseens associated with it.

You can see the row of pine trees right after entering the ticket counter or even before. It is a beautifully landscaped garden. If you go a little further, the watch tower will fall in front. This wooden watch tower offers a view of most of the park. There are a variety of seasonal flowers as well as orchids here. And if the sky is clear, Mount Kanchenjunga can be seen from the front.
Jore Pokhri βΊ

There is a lake about 700 meters above Lamaha Park. It is known as the sacred lake or Pokhri to the locals. Walking this road is quite time-consuming but you may not realize how the time will pass while enjoying the surrounding nature.
Rainwater comes down from the mountain slopes and accumulates here. So this little poker is made of. You can visit the whole lake. The name of the lake is Jorpokhri. Take a tour of the lake if possible.
According to the characteristics of the hill, the time taken to climb is much less. So come down in no time. However, if there are elderly or children with you, it can be difficult to climb this route.
