There is no food facility attached to the cottages, you have to go to the canteen to eat and the distance from this orchid to the canteen is the least so it is better to book these orchid cottages for elderly people.

The canteen in the hall is a quite big large table with chairs. There are also tourist lodges run by the GTA. Numerous cottages are scattered around the tourist lodges managed by the GTA. Staying here can cost from 1500 to 3000 rupees per head.

Most of the cottages here have magnificent views of the Kanchenjunga.Early morning drive to the sunrise viewpoint. If the sky is clear, Kanchenjunga can be seen clearly. Some parts of the Sleeping Buddha are blurred to be seen.
